Not like it matters much anyways...



Lately,
Or rather, apparently...

In the current time and generation,
the world these days...
I feel that the proper meaning to the word listening is lost.


Let's say for example,
despite being friends,
no matter the duration...

sometimes, only one person shares,
but sometimes both part shares...

but nobody listens.

I wonder if the world is too caught up with themselves?


If your friend is talking to you...
How much attention to it do you pay?
How much thought to it do you put?
How much of it do you properly remember?

"But because we're friends,
we want to have light conversations and silly talks.
Those kind of things are not necessary when so."


Who decides?
And who then do you have serious talks with?


"We do have serious talks when something big comes up."


How much of the conversation is you talking?
How much of the reply is given with straightforward honesty and proper thought?
How much of the other party's opinion do you understand?




How often can you be straightforward
without worrying how awkward it will be?
